The After-School Theatre Program's main objective is to ensure Jewish Culture through the art of theatre and to make it accessible to groups of young people.
This will be accomplished by connecting students from Jewish schools across the GTA to HGJTC artists and to the professional theatre community at large. In this program, youth will explore creative writing, improvisation, Israeli folk dancing, as well as Yiddish music and song. Their work will culminate in a youth-developed presentation that is shared with family and friends.
